Lunch  12ish

Chicken risotto with grated cheese. Home-made carrot cake. Pasta with bolognese sauce and green beans. Home-made semolina with seasonal fruit compote. (Italian dish) Focaccia with tomatoes, oregano and olive oil and sweet corn cob. Rachel's organic my first yogurt. Tuna fish cake with tomato relish. Home-made custard rhubarb. Shepherd's pie with carrots sticks. Fruit salad.

Snack Pm   3ish

Dinner 5pm

Omelette with baby jack potatoes. Stewed seasonal fruit with greek yogurt. Peanut butter and banana sandwich(homemade bread) with red fruit. Rachel's organic my first yogurt with fresh seasonal organic fruit. Bangers and mash - Sausage with mash potato and peas. Fruit salad Mixed bean and root vegetable stew with apricot and herbs couscous. Rachel's organic my first yogurt. Chickpea curry with brown rice. Stewed seasonal fruit with greek yogurt.

* Water will be served with meals. Milk or water will be offered with snacks.

I provide morning snack, lunch (in the house, on an outing or a picnic), afternoon snack and dinner. All food is cooked from fresh natural ingredients where possible to suit the children’s likes, dislikes, allergies and family wishes. When babies are weaning I ask parents to provide food to make sure they do not react to new things – as soon as they are able to eat normal food I provide the food. I support breast and bottle feeding.
